These mornings are an opportunity to be in spiritual company and listen to Maetreyii Ma give the guidance of her inner guide Baba in a "Baba Talk" , to participate in Q& A and spiritual discussion as well as a group meditation.
We begin with some beautiful kirtan with Liam, Maetreyii's husband and a great kirtan player, followed by a talk, meditation, Q&A, and discussion.
